Since 2024 I’ve worked predominantly in my special interest of complex conditions. A complex condition includes chronic pain, any chronic illness, such as diabetes, arthritis, an autoimmune condition. I have a particular interest in post viral illness, ME/CFS, long covid, dysautonomia, POTS, MCAS, with lived experience in this area.
I also have 5 years experience treating injuries, such as sport injuries, muscle strains, fractures, sprains, etc, so can help you manage an injury as well.
I can treat:
injuries on any part of the body
chronic pain
post surgery rehab (such as joint replacements, ACL reconstruction, menisci removal)
pre-surgery rehab
CRPS
pain that developed from repetitive use
arthritis
breathing disorders
running programs
injury prevention for sport
helping people wanting to get more active
dizziness/vertigo
back pain
Chronic conditions: such as ME/CFS, Fibromyalgia, POTS, FND, Parkinson's, MS. I have lived experience with ME/CFS, POTS, MCAS and Post viral illness. Please know I will not be encouraging you to do any exercise your body is not ready for. Physio's can do lots more than just give exercises!

No - a common misconception is that you need to see a GP before going to physio. I can lodge your claim with ACC, and I also screen everyone to see if they would benefit from seeing their GP or any other professional e.g. specialist, dietician

Yes, absolutely. Let me know if you'd prefer phone call or zoom. Sometimes I like to have a look at you (your injury, or the way you move) and will request we do zoom.

If I think you need an X-ray or ultrasound scan, I’ll do the referral myself. I refer my patients to a specialist when it’s required. If we think you need a more in depth scan, like an MRI or CT scan, I’ll refer you to a specialist. In NZ, only specialists can organize these scans.
